Wisconsin athletic director Christ McIntosh has tested positive for COVID-19 and that means he will miss the Badgers game in the Las Vegas Bowl Thursday.
The Badgers are playing Arizona State.
The team flew out last Friday.
McIntosh has worked in the U-W Athletic Department since 2014 and was announced as the successor to Barry Alvarez last June.
McIntosh was a team captain when the Badgers won back-to-back Rose Bowls following the 1998 and 1999 seasons when Alvarez was the head football coach.
