
The two sides aren’t ready to set a court date yet even though it’s been more than a year since a double murder in Green Bay.
29-year-old Oscar Lemus-Franco is charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
Investigators say he shot two of his relatives on September 28th of last year.
A status conference was held last Friday in Brown County and another is scheduled for February 22nd.
Lemus-Franco has pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
He’s also accused of stabbing a police officer in the face after he was taken into custody.
