A local Italian restaurant will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in December.
Luigi’s Italian Restaurant was opened by Sicilian natives Sara and Nick Gallina in 1991, and the place has been operating in the same location on the southwest side of the city of Manitowoc ever since.
Nick passed away in 2003, but Sara and other family members have continued operations.
They will hold a 30th-anniversary ribbon cutting on Tuesday, December 14th from noon to 2:00 PM and will be continuing their celebration throughout the month of December.
