Three men have been arrested in Green Bay after a night of heavy gun violence.
A total of seven instances of shots being fired were reported to the Green Bay Police Department last Wednesday evening.
22-year-old Caleb Elijah Jamal Williams of Milwaukee was arrested on six charges, while 32-year-old Wang Lee and 38-year-old Joshua D. Sepulveda, both of Green Bay, were arrested on multiple charges.
This was the latest in a string of violent nights in Green Bay, with five other instances reported during a one-week span earlier this month.
Green Bay Police Chief Christopher Davis said during a news conference that the number of gun-related incidents in the city has risen over the past couple of years.
Now, City leaders are promising to give the Police Department additional funds to address the issue.
