New charges have been filed against the suspect in the Waukesha Christmas Parade attack that left six people dead.
Darrell Brooks Junior is now charged with felony intimidation of a victim, felony intimidation of a witness, and bail jumping in an unrelated case.
He was accused of running over a girlfriend with the same S-U-V he used in the parade a month later.
Prosecutors say Brooks tried to convince the woman not to file a complaint or provide investigators with information when he called from inside the Milwaukee County Jail.
He proposed marriage, asked her to change her story, and told her to keep her mouth shut.
Brooks will return to court for a hearing on that case later this month.
