A 26-year-old Green Bay man will spend some time in prison after being convicted in a multi-state child porn case.
Dakota Van Frachen was sentenced to spend five years in a federal prison on charges of Possessing and Distributing Child Pornography.
The investigation into Van Frachen began in New Jersey, where the FBI learned he was in Green Bay.
The Green Bay FBI Office then began an investigation and uncovered numerous photos and videos the Van Frachen distributed online.
He was also ordered to spend 5 years on supervised release when he gets out of prison and will have to register as a sex offender.
