Hilley and middle blocker Dana Rettke were named first-team all-conference.
Making the second team were libero Lauren Barnes and middle blocker Devyn Robinson.
Grace Loberg received the conference sportsmanship award.
Rettke is expected to be named All-American for the record fifth time.
