The Wisconsin men’s hockey team has wrapped up the non-conference portion of its schedule with a loss to Clarkson Saturday.
The Badgers were shutout 3-0, although three shots hit the post of the goal.
After a scoreless first period, Clarkson broke through with a goal two minutes into the second frame.
Even when they were on the power play Wisconsin just couldn’t find the range and they saw their record fall to 4-11-1.
U-W outshot the visitors 31-26.
The Badgers’ next action is a Thursday exhibition against U-S-A Hockey’s National Team Development Program Under-18 squad at the Kohl Center.
