Jrue Holiday scored 11 of his 23 points while Milwaukee blew the game open with a big third quarter.
Holiday also had seven rebounds and nine assists.
The Bucks had seven players in double figures led by 26 from Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Caris LeVert led the Pacers with 23 points.
Milwaukee is currently tied for fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings, a game and a half behind Brooklyn.
Milwaukee returns home to host Charlotte Wednesday night.
