An Oshkosh teen has been located after he left a mental health facility.
The 15-year-old was under the care of the staff at the Winnebago Mental Health Institute when he walked out the doors of Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh early Friday morning.
The Oshkosh Police Department was contacted, and a search began.
He has since been located and is reported to be safe.
