
The Manitowoc Lutheran Boys started their season with a victory last night over Two Rivers 58-39.
The Lancers used a 13-0 run to take a 23-11 lead at the half.
The Raiders fought back and came to within one point in the second half, but a second 13-0 run by the Lancers helped them secure the win and start the season 1-0.
Lutheran’s August Hecker led all scorers 17 points, while Sho Fukasawa accounted for 13.
Two Rivers was led by Brady Richards with 9 points.
The Raiders will take the weekend off before going on the road to battle Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran on Monday, while the Lancers will take on Reedsville in the home of the Panthers on December 4th.
