The Roncalli Girls Basketball team has evened up their early-season record at 1-1 following a 15 point win over Southern Door last night.
The Jets and Eagles were tight through the first quarter, but Southern Door only added 9 points over the next two frames, allowing Roncalli to take a 16 point lead into the final stanza, and cruise to the end, winning by a final score of 45-30.
The Jets were led by Ellie Jagemann, who accounted for 18 of her team’s points, a game-high for either team.
Ashley Delfosse scored 14 for the Eagles, who fall to 0-2 on the season.
Up next for Roncalli, they make the short trip to Two Rivers to Battle the Raiders next Tuesday (November 30th).
