The future date has been announced for the Miss Harbor Cities pageant.
The Capitol Civic Center in Manitowoc will host the event, along with the Outstanding Teen Scholarship competition on February 27th of next year.
The event is part of the Miss America Organization and is open to young women ages 13-26.
The winner will be selected based on private interviews, talent, red carpet evening wear, and on-stage questioning.
