The death of an eight-year-old boy puts the number of people killed in the Waukesha Christmas Parade Sunday at six.
Life Point Church posted on Facebook that Jackson Sparks died Tuesday.
That means a sixth count of first-degree reckless homicide will be filed against 39-year-old Darrell Brooks Junior, the man accused of running down more than 50 victims.
Brooks’ bail has been set at $5 million.
He is expected to return to Waukesha County Court on January 14th.
Police detectives who witness the S-U-V driving through a barricade then hitting dozens of parade watchers say it looked like an intentional act.
