The Kenosha County jury in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial resumes deliberations this morning (November 19th).
Jury members have deliberated for 23 hours across three days, so far.
Rittenhouse faces five felony charges.
One jury member asked if they could take the 36 pages of instructions home for the night.
The judge said yes, but reversed that when both the prosecution and defense disagreed.
The 18-year-old Illinois man is accused of shooting three men during the Kenosha riots last year, killing two of them.
The jury will resume deliberations at 9:00 a-m.
