The Manitowoc Public School District’s Curriculum Committee is scheduled to gather this evening.
At their 5:00 PM meeting, the Committee will discuss the potential addition of 16 new courses.
Five of those courses are in the Business and Technology Department, namely Advancements in Web Design and Development, Intro to Computer Science, Programming 1, and Web Development 1 and 2.
They will also consider four new Tech Ed classes, Automation and Robotics, Cad Fundamentals, CNC Technologies, and Intro to Architectural Design.
Also up for discussion are classes called Advanced Culinary Arts, Earth and Space, America! The Musical, and four new special education courses centered around preparing for the workforce.
