Bail was set at $500 cash for a 34-year-old Manitowoc man facing charges after allegedly barricading himself in a home that was up for sale.
Justin J. Naibert is charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespass to a dwelling, Resisting an Officer, and three counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
Officers responded to a residence in the 1000 block of New York Avenue for a report of a man acting erratically.
Naibert entered the home telling officers he lived there which was refuted and confirmed by a real estate agent.
When he was told he was under arrest, Naibert locked himself inside.
The agent gave officers a key to enter, and the suspect gave himself up without further incident.
No one was injured.
Conditions of bail are that Naibert have no contact with the victimized residence and maintain absolute sobriety.
He remains in the County Jail on a Probation Hold with an initial appearance scheduled for November 15th at 1:30.
