
The third of four men convicted in the killing of a Green Bay teen over THC vape cartages has been sentenced.
20-year-old Gavin Rock will spend the next 12 years in prison, followed by 8 years of extended supervision for his role in the 2019 death of Fedrico Abarca.
Rock was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on charges of Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery and 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide while two misdemeanor charges were dismissed but read into the record.
Previously, 24-year-old Jared Willquette was sentenced to 18 years in prison, as was 20-year-old Colton Kehoe.
The 4th suspect, 23-year-old Jarid Stevens, is still going through the legal process, with a motion hearing scheduled for December 15th.
