Beloit police have arrested a 24-year-old man accused of shooting at two people in another vehicle.
The incident happened Wednesday at about 9:45 AM.
Police say the suspect in the shooting was taken into custody that afternoon and has been charged with two counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.
He was identified as Jaquczeas A. Wiggins.
A woman told investigators she and another person were driving in Beloit when the suspect fired a shot at them from a passing car.
