Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers says he and General Manager Brian Gutekunst have had “great communication” this season.
Rodgers says he has enjoyed the conversations they’ve had.
That’s a dramatic turnaround from an offseason where the two didn’t talk for weeks and it was never certain that Rodgers would take a snap again for Green Bay.
His comment came during his weekly appearance on the “Pat McAfee Show.”
Rodgers says he’s happy with the players on the team’s roster – specifically naming cornerback Rasul Douglas, who made the game-saving interception against Arizona.
He’s also happy with the addition of edge rusher Whitney Mercilus from the Texans.
