Polk County authorities say first-degree intentional homicide charges have been filed against a 34-year-old man for a fatal shooting last Friday in the Village of Luck.
A 9-1-1 caller reported the shooting at a little after 5:00 p-m.
Responding deputies found the body of 48-year-old Chad Daniels and the shooting suspect was taken into custody.
A preliminary hearing for Michael Radke is set for November 10th.
Radke is being held in the Polk County Jail on a 250-thousand-dollar cash bond with conditions that he can’t contact the victim’s family and can’t possess firearms.
Authorities haven’t speculated on what led to the shooting.
