The National Weather Service in Milwaukee says windy conditions will persist across parts of southeastern Wisconsin during the day Monday.
In a tweet from the forecast office Sunday, forecasters suggested residents from Ozaukee County to Kenosha County even consider bringing in their Halloween decorations to keep them from blowing away.
Wind gusts of 40 to 45 miles per hour are possible, blowing from the east and northeast.
Conditions are expected to calm down by the afternoon.
