A Manitowoc woman has been sentenced in a Child Neglect case from earlier this year.
38-year-old Aniela N. Neuberger was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on three counts of Neglecting a Child, Harm Did Not Occur, and Judge Mark Roher sentenced her to 9 months in jail on each count.
Neuberger was arrested back in May after she was found passed out on a bench at Lincolnshire Park.
She admitted to drinking wine while watching three children, one of which was in a stroller.
After her jail sentence is complete, Neuberger will spend two years on extended supervision, where she must maintain absolute sobriety, and maintain full-time employment, or schooling.
