As part of a plea agreement, an 18-year prison sentence is being recommended by prosecutors for 34-year-old Anthony M. Young.
He will be sentenced in mid-December.
Young was accused of shooting 29-year-old Shanton Robinson of Marshall to death on February 23rd in Sun Prairie.
Marshall was dead when he was dropped off at UW Health Clinic in Madison.
Young was taken into custody less than two weeks later after Sun Prairie police asked the public for help.
An anonymous tip led officers to an address where the arrest was made.
