Authorities in Brown County are saying very little about a case involving a high bond amount, but no formal charges were filed.
The judge set bond at $1 million for Miles Cruz during a Friday hearing.
.All documents in the case have been sealed.
Cruz was booked into the Brown County Jail last week – a day after an incident on the East River Trail in De Pere where a woman was attacked.
Officials aren’t saying if Cruz is being held for that attack.
He is scheduled to return to court October 19th.
