An Outagamie County man is facing charges after he was found in possession of child pornography.
48-year-old Jeffery J. Wagner is accused of knowingly receiving and possessing sexually explicit videos of prepubescent children back in March.
While details of the case have not yet been made public, the acting United States attorney of the Eastern District of Wisconsin Richard Frohling said in a news release, “Individuals involved in the receipt or distribution of child pornography will be prosecuted aggressively and will face real time in federal prison.”
If convicted, Wagner could spend as many as 30-years in federal prison.
