Milwaukee police say charges against a 39-year-old woman will be referred to the District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
Her name hasn’t been released, but she was arrested after a missing six-year-old boy was found.
Police haven’t said where Marvin Sherrod was found or who he was with.
They say the child wasn’t hurt and he is safe.
He was last seen shortly after noon Monday on Milwaukee’s west side and had been missing for two days.
Police said he was last seen with Lynn Jackson, but the report doesn’t say she is the woman who was arrested.
