Three children who were kidnapped in Green Bay yesterday morning have been found safe, and the suspect is in police custody.
Officers were called to a home in the 2200 block of Manitowoc Road at around 7:00 AM to investigate the kidnapping report.
The mother of the 1, 3, and 5-year-old children told police she was in her car with the children and their father, 29-year-old Tyrone L. Dubose.
The woman was reportedly pushed out of the vehicle by Dubose, who then fled with the children.
The woman was treated at a local hospital for injuries sustained in the incident, and police located the vehicle and all three children safe at a park in De Pere.
Dubose was arrested, and the children were returned to their mother.
