An Ashwaubenon woman has been accused of beating a man with Parkinson’s with his own cane.
35-year-old Erin Allen entered the apartment of the victim, whom she used to live with, on October 1st.
She then reportedly took his cane and started to hit him with it.
The man begged her to stop, but Allen allegedly said that she would have someone come back to “finish him off”.
When officers located Allen at her home and told her she was under arrest, she reportedly grabbed the door frame and attempted to pull away from the officers.
Allen has been charged with Battery and Disorderly Conduct, each with Use of a Dangerous Weapon, as well as Resisting or Obstructing an Officer.
