A Milwaukee man could spend more than 30 years in prison if he is convicted in the hit-and-run death of a school crossing guard. Terrence Harris was arrested on a bus headed to Chicago. Police say Harris hit 71-year-old Andrew Tyler November 10th and failed to stop to help him. Investigators say they found incriminating text messages about the incident between Harris and his girlfriend. They had received a tip that Harris might have been involved. Tyler died of his injuries four weeks after being hit.
