A 35-year-old Madison man has been arrested for allegedly pointing a gun at another person and taking a shot at a cat. Christopher Perrote is also accused of pointing a gun at a responding police officer earlier this year. Perrote was arrested Thursday and booked into the Dane County Jail.
He’s charged with recklessly endangering safety, disorderly conduct while armed, and unlawful use of computerized communication systems. Prosecutors say all of the charges include domestic violence enhancers.
