The Michigan Wolverines bring a powerful running game and a stout defense into Camp Randall Stadium as Wisconsin returns to Big Ten play this weekend.
Michigan running backs have produced an average of 290 yards a game in the first four contests of the year.
The Wolverines are scoring 40 points a game and giving up just 11.
The approach is the same one embraced by the Badgers, but Michigan has been more successful – although against a weaker schedule.
Wisconsin will try to stop that running game and there are indications it’s possible.
The Badgers have allowed just 23 rushing yards per outing despite losing two out of three starts.
