A Marathon County judge has ruled a 25-year-old murder suspect is competent to stand trial.
Umberto Lo is being held on a $1,000,000 cash bond. Investigators say Lo shot 30-year-old Mai Rue Vang to death in a Wausau apartment last March.
With the ruling on competence, Lo is now scheduled to return to court in December.
