There are three meetings on the agenda for this evening in the City of Manitowoc.
First up is the Industrial Development Corporation, who will gather at 4:00 PM in the 2nd Floor Conference Room, with the only item on the agenda being a discussion regarding a letter of intent from Northland Cold Storage to purchase a lot in the Industrial Park.
Then at 5:00 PM, the Committee of the Whole will meet in the Council Chambers, where they will Review the potential term sheets and development agreements with Metal Ware and Mid America Rail and Gas and will discuss taking action on a property at 101 Maritime Drive.
Closing out the day will be the City Council, who is scheduled to gather in the Council Chambers at 6:30 PM.
After declaring the month of September Suicide Prevention Month and the week of October 3rd as Mental Health Awareness Week, the public will be given time to voice their input.
They will also begin discussions regarding the 2022 Budget among many other items.
