A man was arrested in Manitowoc over the weekend on a credit card fraud charge.
Officers were dispatched to Walmart on Saturday (September 11th) to investigate a report from their loss prevention team.
They informed the officers that a man who was in the restroom had been issued a no trespassing order and was in violation of the order.
When the man emerged from the restroom, he was arrested by the officers, who then looked over the purchases he made.
The credit card that was used did not belong to the man, who also had warrants out for his arrest through the Green Bay Police Department.
It was learned that the card was actually stolen the day before, and the man was charged with Credit Card Fraud, and six counts of Bail Jumping, five Misdemeanor, and one Felony.
