Bail is set at $650 recognizance for a 72-year-old Manitowoc man after causing a scene in a Northside neighborhood on Labor Day.
Robert J. Scheinoha is charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property, and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer.
Officers responded to a residence in the 400 block of North 7th Street to find Scheinoha shirtless-being unable to stand with a case of beer and several empty cans strewn around the area.
A neighbor stated that she saw him attempting to fix a fence that he had “allegedly” broken while stumbling around.
Scheinoha told officers he lived in a nearby house but officers recognized him from previous contacts and they took him into custody without further incident.
Conditions of bail are that Scheinoha maintains absolute sobriety and has no contact with any premises where the primary purpose is to consume or sell alcohol. His initial appearance is scheduled for September 23rd at 10:30.
