For an estimated six hours, volunteers will be reading the names of all 2,456 U.S. Servicemen and Women who died while serving in Afghanistan starting this morning at 11:00 AM.
The reading will be conducted at Faith Church in Manitowoc, located at 2201 South 42nd Street, and the public is welcome to attend.
This event is non-political, and anyone conducting any demonstrations to the contrary will be asked to stop or leave.
The event will also be live-streamed on the Seehafer News and Coolest Coast Manitowoc County Facebook pages as well.
