A 41-year-old West Allis man has pleaded guilty for his actions during the January 6th insurrection at the U-S Capitol.
David Mish is scheduled for sentencing in mid-November.
Mish entered guilty pleas to charges of parading, demonstrating, or picketing inside a Capitol building.
He had originally pleaded not guilty before reaching the plea deal with federal prosecutors.
Mish was seen in a video of the shooting of Ashli Babbitt by a Capitol police officer.
She was trying to force her way through a barricade at the door to the House Speaker’s lobby.
In the video, Mish is seen carrying a “Trump” flag.
