The man accused of defrauding customers of consignment shops no longer has a lawyer.
The attorney who was representing John Solberg has withdrawn from the case citing a communication breakdown.
Solberg was caught in November of 2019 after a multi-year investigation into his business.
It has been alleged that he would forge titles at Standard Pre-Owned and Backwoods Bargains in Suamico and Kaukauna.
He would also reportedly sell used cars, and keep the money instead of paying the owners of those vehicles.
He is now facing 15 counts of fraud.
