A Badgers running back who has been dismissed from the team says he was attacked in his room Saturday night.
Freshman Loyal Crawford was involved in a fight and cited for disorderly conduct by the University of Wisconsin Police Department.
Investigators say at one point during the fight Crawford armed himself with a knife. That’s why he was dismissed.
He says nobody with the athletics department will listen to his side of the story. Another freshman running back, Antwan Roberts, has been suspended.
Crawford is from Eau Claire and Roberts is from Nashville, Tennessee.
