An elderly man is being blamed for two crashes that occurred on I-43 in the Green Bay area yesterday afternoon.
The man had reportedly was driving south in the northbound lanes near the flyover ramps, and had sideswiped an oncoming vehicle, narrowly avoiding a head-on crash.
A second crash occurred in the same area and was connected to the wrong-way driver.
The elderly man was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries, while the driver of the sideswiped vehicle declined a trip to the hospital.
Details regarding the second crash have not yet been released.
