Routine Traffic Stop In Janesville Turns Into OWI, Drug Arrests

Janesville police have arrested two people during a traffic stop.  An officer made the stop Saturday at about 9:10 p-m after watching the vehicle cross the center-line and ignore a traffic signal.  Thirty-five-year-old Stephanie N. Mitchell was the driver.  She is suspected of fourth offense driving while intoxicated after failing field sobriety tests.  Forty-one-year-old passenger Charles L. Stewart of Beaver Dam was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver.
