Milwaukee police say cell phone video shows the driver of a car in a grocery store parking lot intentionally hit a 15-year-old girl.
The incident happened Friday morning at 11:40 AM.
The girl’s name hasn’t been released.
The video shows a woman carrying items in both of her hands, following the car in circles around the parking lot. At one point, that car hit two people.
The victim’s mother says the teenager suffered a broken leg, had open wounds, and a pinched nerve in her neck.
Her injuries required a three-hour surgery.
The mother says her daughter was an innocent bystander.
Police say they are searching for the driver of the car and they know who that person is.
