There are two meetings on the docket for today in the City of Manitowoc.
First up is the Community Development Authority, who will hold a special meeting in the 2nd Floor Conference Room in City Hall. The only item on the agenda is a discussion on the draft employee grievance procedure.
Then the Plan Commission will gather in the Council Chambers at 6:00 PM, where they will start with three public hearings. Those hearings range from a proposed change to the Official Map of the City, to a proposed conditional use permit for a property in the River Point District.
The Commission will also continue their conversation on the proposal to add an ordnance related to portable storage units, and regarding barriers on development within the city.
They will also look over the 2021 Housing Study and an amendment to the section of the Municipal Code related to supplementary regulations.
This is the final meeting for the week in the Clipper City.
