Not everybody is happy that an Outagamie County zoning committee has approved plans for a fertilizer blender plant.
New Ag Services wants to build the 19,000 square-foot facility in the town of Center.
The permit was approved after a contentious June meeting. Despite the opposition, it got further approval Tuesday.
Opponents are worried about traffic, possible property value losses, and other concerns.
Despite that, approval was unanimous.
