Starting this morning (August 25th), construction crews will be working on another section of roadway in Manitowoc, leaving it closed to traffic.
Southbound traffic on South 35th will be detoured around the Custer Street intersection so workers can complete various underground utility projects.
The detour around the project will take drivers onto Dale, 29th, Custer, and South 30th Streets down to Calumet Avenue.
It is anticipated that the utility work will be completed and the roadway reopened to traffic by the end of the day on Friday.
