
Manitowoc Alderman Jim Brey has announced that the Finance Committee is seeking applicants for a five-year term on the Manitowoc Public Utilities (MPU) Commission.
Brey, the Chairman of the Finance Committee, explained that the MPU Commission manages and operates the electric, water, and communications utilities of the City of Manitowoc and that this term will run from October 1st of this year through December 30th, 2026.
You must be a resident of the City of Manitowoc to serve on the MPU Commission.
People who are interested in serving should submit a letter of interest and a short resume to the Manitowoc City Clerk’s Office, which is located in City Hall, 900 Quay Street.
They will be accepted until 4:30 PM, on Friday, October 1st.
