Kenosha County prosecutors are asking the judge to let them show a video at the homicide trial for teenager Kyle Rittenhouse.
They already have a compelling video showing Rittenhouse shooting two of his victims during the August protests in Kenosha.
The new video was recorded two weeks before.
In it, Rittenhouse watches people he believed were shoplifting.
He tells others if he had his rifle, he’d “start shooting rounds at them.”
The prosecutor says that shows he is predisposed to use deadly force.
A hearing on the motion will be held next month.
The double-homicide trial is on the court’s schedule for November.
