Players at Marshall High School in Milwaukee are claiming a mistake by the school district resulted in the cancelation of their football game Thursday night.
The Eagles were scheduled to play their first game in two years.
District officials told the coach his players hadn’t filled out registration forms so nobody was cleared to play.
Quarterback Javerius Smith says actually only one Marshall player wasn’t eligible.
Four other football games in the Milwaukee Public School District have been canceled for tonight (August 2oth).
