Many businesses all over the county are being affected by a labor shortage, and even the County itself is not immune.
Jon A. Reisenbuechler, the Operations Manager for the Manitowoc County Recycling Center, announced yesterday (August 17th) that due to a shortage of workers, they have suspended their compost site delivery service.
He did say that customers may still purchase and pick up compost products and they will load open trucks and trailers, but they will no longer deliver them.
You can pick up your compost between 7:30 and 3:30 PM Monday through Friday at their location on Basswood Road in Manitowoc.
